It's not all about prompts

My last post was about using AI to run the admin of a business. Someone read it and thought it was about prompts.
That’s the problem right there. Everyone’s obsessed with prompts.
The perfect prompt to write your listings. The prompt to plan your social media.
The prompt to do basically everything except the thing that actually needs doing first.
Sorting your foundations.
I spent two weeks nearly breaking myself building a proper system.
Not a prompt library. A knowledge base, task management, SOPs, automations, all connected and actually working. Not quick. Not easy. No shortcut.
But I’m coming out the other side and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I could hand this business to someone else and trust it would keep running. That’s what AI can do for you.
Not write your captions. Fix your foundations.
I’m only building the course if enough people actually want it. I’ve got plenty to keep me busy running SnoozeShade. But if I can help other small business owners do what I’ve done, I will.
Next post: what it actually took to build this. Spoiler: it wasn’t pretty.
