How long does it take to build?
That depends on how deep you go. Most people see a real difference within a couple of weeks. You work at your own pace, though we recommend going quickly.
Do I need to know how to use Notion?
No. The template is ready to use from day one. You just fill it in. Claude does the heavy lifting.
What if I already have some systems in place?
Even better. You'll wire what you already have into the filing cabinet properly, so it's accessible and usable rather than sitting in a folder somewhere.
Is this just for solo business owners?
No. It works just as well if you have a team. In fact the bigger your team, the more you need it, because the more people you have, the more expensive it is when knowledge only lives in one person's head.
Do I have to use Claude?
