Products and purchases

The Bottleneck Breaker system is a digital product delivered as a Notion workspace template with accompanying guides and resources. The founding member price is £79 (inc VAT where applicable). The full price after the founding member period is £99 (inc VAT where applicable).

The Bottleneck Breaker book is available as a paperback, ebook, and audiobook. Pricing and delivery details are provided at the point of purchase.

Digital products and delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and you consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the standard cancellation period. Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, we are unable to offer a refund except as set out in our guarantee below.

The 90-day results-based guarantee

We offer a 90-day results-based guarantee on The Bottleneck Breaker system. To claim a refund you must have worked through the complete system, built your filing cabinet as instructed, completed all module exercises, and be able to demonstrate the completed work. This is a results-based guarantee, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. To request a refund, click here to email us within 90 days of purchase.
